- The bridges across the North Branch of The Onion River that flows through town are a distinctive feature of this small Capital City. Here, I am standing on the School Street Bridge, looking out to the Langdon Street Bridge. It was a glorious early spring day in late March, and by the time I had finished the painting, the ice floating in the river was all gone! Oil Painting on Panel, 14" x 18".

- Stanley's Barn, Winter
- This is the farm of my much beloved neighbors in Maple Corner, Stanley and Janice Morse. Their farm borders my property, and I've painted it many times. On this particular February day, clad in snowshoes, I sledded my painting gear to this vantage point in the field across from their iconic Vermont barn, and spent the afternoon, in 20 degree temperature, happily painting away, while other neighbors were joyfully sledding down their hill and spilling out into the very field I was standing in.
