2011 Show Schedule

 

AN EXHIBITION of PAINTINGS and PRINTS at THE KELLOGG-HUBBARD LIBRARY, NOVEMBER 1 - DECEMBER 21, 2011

VERMONT: INSIDE and OUT, a Retrospective Exhibition of 50 original oil paintings and prints, featuring my plein-air Landscapes, and Interiors, and Still Lifes. 20% of proceeds will benefit the Kellogg-Hubbard. November 1 - December 21, 2011.

MONTPELIER HOLIDAY ARTWALK: Friday, December 9,
4 p.m .- 8 p.m. Phyllis will be at the library with a bin of matted prints for sale.

AN INTERVIEW with the ARTIST: Tuesday, November 29, 7 p.m. at the Library. This interview is being filmed for local access cable TV.

RECEPTION for the ARTIST: Thursday, November 10, 5 p.m.- 7 p.m. I will bring a bin of unframed limited edition prints for purchase at this event.

  • The original title of this painting was, "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do". By the time I actually finished painting that day in late March, the ice was completely gone!

Rain or Shine, this is a gem of a show. It supports the arts programs in the schools of 3 towns in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. I always bring my boxes of T shirt seconds and production overruns to this show ... and they go fast!
