Maine Morning in May #1

     I returned to East Boothbay on this year's painting trip, and stayed at a lovely house in Ocean Point, in part because I had long meant to paint the Ram Island Lighthouse. The property had a path down to a private beach, and I got up very early one morning to paint the sunrise. I was so excited to be there, painting!  The afternoon before I had painted from the deck of the property, which gave me an elevated view.
